Each of our Glow Cream/Butter/Balm shares similar ingredients, yet each has its very own distinct formula designed to provide optimal healing for your skin's specific needs.
Tallow – Grass fed / Grass finished organic Beef Tallow, Sourced by local ranchers. Primary ingredient in all of our creams. Tallow has amazing healthy benefits for our skin. Tallow's chemical composition makes it highly compatible with skin and is easily absorbed. It contains lipids that seal in moisture and prevent fluid loss and fatty acids that help lock in moisture and improve skin texture. It contains vitamins that help stimulate collagen production, and has anti-aging properties. Tallow provides a protective skin barrier and includes antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory properties and nutrient dense with vitamins A,D,E and K.
Castor Oil – 100% Pure Organic, cold-pressed, unrefined, hexane-free Castor oil has many benefits for the skin. It is an occlusive ingredient that forms a barrier over the skin to prevent water loss and treat dry, flaky skin. Castor oil helps soothe and calm inflamed skin, such as sunburn, pimples or eye bags and is anti-inflammatory. It is full of antioxidants that can help prevent wrinkles by fighting free radicals. The essential fatty acids in castor oil can assist in the healing of your skin for a more youthful glow.
Coconut Oil – Pure Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, unrefined and USDA Organic certified Coconut oil's fatty acids and vitamin E create a barrier on the skin to lock in moisture and prevent dryness. Regular use can lead to soft skin. It can protect skin from sun damage and reduce premature aging. Coconut oil can help speed up the healing process of bruises and scrapes by repairing damaged tissue and shielding wounds from bacteria, dust and infection. Plus, it has lauric acid which support collagen production and antibacterial and antimicrobial properties to boost.
Shea Oil - Organic shea oil is deeply nourishing for the skin, offering intense hydration and a natural source of vitamins A, E, and F. It helps to soften and smooth dry skin, reduce inflammation, and support a healthy skin barrier, making it great for soothing sensitive or irritated areas. Its natural antioxidants also aid in protecting the skin from environmental damage, promoting a more youthful, radiant glow.
Shea Butter - Organic shea butter is a rich, creamy emollient that deeply moisturizes and locks in hydration, making it ideal for dry or rough skin. It provides essential fatty acids that help improve skin elasticity and repair, while also offering anti-inflammatory properties to soothe redness and irritation. Its thicker texture creates a protective barrier on the skin, which helps shield against environmental stressors and promotes a soft, smooth, and revitalized complexion.
Honey – Honey harvested by local Bee Farms, 100% Pure Honey Honey is a skincare magic with natural antibacterial properties can help soothe acne-prone skin and promote healing. Honey draws moisture into the skin. It keeps your skin healthy and youthful. The enzymes in honey gently exfoliate, revealing fresh glowing skin.
Rosehip Oil – Organic - 100% Pure Rosehip Oil, (Rosa Canina) USDA Organic Rosehip oil is rich in vitamin C, this will brighten the skin and promotes collagen production. It is known for reducing the appearance of scars, fine lines and hyperpigmentation. Rosehip oil fights free radicals, keeping your skin youthful.
Jojoba Oil – Organic - 100% Pure Unrefined cold pressed uncut golden hohoba nut oil, USDA Organic Jojoba oil closely resembles our skin's natural sebum. It balances oil production. Jojoba will not clog pores, making it a great choice for acne-prone skin. It softens rough patches and creates a protective barrier against environmental particles.
Beeswax - Beeswax harvested by local Bee Farms. 100% natural. Beeswax is a natural moisturizer that locks in moisture and creates a protective barrier on the skin, shielding it from environmental irritants and harsh weather. It is non-comedogenic, allowing the skin to breathe, making it ideal for sensitive and acne-prone skin. Beeswax also has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties, helping to soothe skin and improve elasticity. It can reduce the appearance of stretch marks and assist in treating conditions like diaper rash, psoriasis, eczema, and acne. Additionally, beeswax is used in medicinal salves to treat minor wounds and burns.
Frankincense Oil – 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade, (Frankincense - Boswellia Serrata) (Gas Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry) tested and are 100% pure and free of contaminants. Frankincense oil soothes irritated skin and reduces redness. It may help minimize scars, dark spots and blemishes by promoting cellular regeneration. Inhaling the frankincense's earthy scent can calm your mind and reduce stress.
Helichrysum Oil – 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade, (Helichrysum Gymnocephalum), (Gas Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry) tested and are 100% pure and free of contaminants. Helichrysum is a full spectrum healing oil for your skin. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.
It can be used in healing wounds, reducing pain, and massage on sore muscles.
Helichrysum oil can assist in circulatory ailments such as varicose veins, bruises and broken capillaries.
Tea Tree Oil - Organic tea tree oil offers numerous benefits for the skin. It has powerful antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help combat acne, reduce redness, and soothe irritated skin. Tea tree oil also aids in healing minor wounds, preventing infections, and controlling excess oil production. Its natural ability to fight breakouts and calm skin makes it a versatile ingredient for maintaining clear, healthy skin.

Myrrh Oil - Myrrh is prized for its skin-rejuvenating properties, helping to promote a smooth, youthful appearance. It has natural antiseptic and anti-inflammatory qualities that aid in soothing irritated or inflamed skin and supporting the healing of minor skin issues. Myrrh also helps maintain skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines, making it a popular choice for mature or sensitive skin care.

Hello and welcome to Vicki Jo’s Natural Glow!
I'm thrilled to share my journey of discovering a natural, chemical-free way to nourish
aging skin. For many years, I struggled with extremely dry and flaky skin. I tried countless lotions, oils, and the latest products claiming to heal and correct skin issues, but nothing seemed to work.
About a year ago, I stumbled upon beef tallow and was immediately impressed by how
it improved my skin's texture and health. The fact that tallow is bioidentical to our skins
cellular make up contributes to why the tallow heals the skin. Eager to find a more
nourishing solution for aging skin, spots, and other concerns, I discovered castor
oil—often referred to as the Botox of nature; It turned out to be packed with skin-
nourishing elements, and it became the second key ingredient in my new skincare
formula.
For the base of my cream, I needed a high-quality carrier oil. I chose coconut oil, a
staple in my routine for over 15 years, used for makeup removal, shaving, and
occasional moisturizing. Combining tallow, castor oil, and coconut oil has resulted in a
healing cream for dry, aging skin. We have named this blend TalCastCo.
I dove into the world of essential oils, intrigued by their healing properties. After studying
the benefits of frankincense and experimenting with various essential oils, I aimed to
create a product that was entirely natural and crafted from natures finest ingredients.
Through numerous trials, I finally achieved a breakthrough in my formulation.
Each of my Glow Creams starts with grass-fed, grass-finished beef tallow from a local
ranch that prides itself on non-GMO, antibiotic-free practices. I combine this with
certified organic castor oil, unrefined virgin coconut oil, organic honey, rosehip oil, and
jojoba oil to create a rich, nourishing base.
I source honey from a local bee farmer whose bees roam wild fields, and all essential
oils used are organic. At Vicki Jo’s Natural Glow, I handcraft each product, melting the
suet without added water or salt to achieve a wonderfully light tallow.
The finished product is a light whipped cream that melts as you massage it in to your
skin.
I found many benefits of TalCastCo, the main one is healthier softer skin. My skin
accepts the moisture and maintains its youthful glow throughout the day. The elasticity
of my skin, including my neck and chest is firming up as the tallow assists your collagen
in continuing to regenerate, reducing the look of aging wrinkled crepey skin. I am a
freckle girl and my freckles and dark spots have become much lighter in color, including
dark under eye skin. It is truly a full body cream, a little goes a long way. Massage
